WHAT TO BRING

Pack sensibly and lightly,
Take casual wear, sportswear and comfortable walking shoes.
Take an extra pair of glasses and/or contact lenses,
Your medication and prescription drugs,
Take photos of family, friends and home. Favourite books or music,
A dictionary,
An electricity adapter. Electrical services are not the same throughout the world,
Your laptop (carry your computer with you on the plane as a carry-on, do not pack it with your checked luggage),
Before you leave home, make copies of:
- Your passport
- Your visa
- Your Plane ticket
- Your credit/debit card information
Carry the copies with you in a separate place from the originals. Also leave a set at home with your family.

SOCIAL LIFE

Go to events where you can meet people!
Explore your neighbourhood!
Get involved in sports or other student clubs, according to your interests!
Talk to people whenever you can !
Learn about France !
Take care of yourself! Exercise, get enough sleep, eat regular and nutritious meals and do things you enjoy !
Be prepared to open your mind! Enjoy! Make the best out of this experience!
Do and explore as much as you can!
