 Exchange Students



If you are coming to Universite Catholique de Lille as an exchange student in the framework of a partnership between us and your home university, we recommend that you contact the head of the International Office of your Department or Faculty in your home university a year before your study abroad period.

If a partnership exists between your home institution and Universite Catholique de Lille, here is the admission procedure:

General agreements : you must fill in and provide a specific registration form for the International Office of Universite Catholique de Lille :
- before April 30th, if you come to France during the Fall Semester or the full academic year
- before October 15th, if you come to France during the Spring Semester
Please contact your Study Abroad Advisor at your home faculty to get the list of application documents and procedure.

•  ERASMUS programme or other programme : please contact the International Office of the school or faculty in which you enrol. The admission process may vary according to the host department.

 

Besides, in more that 35 countries, an online dematerialized application procedure has been set up through Espaces CampusFrance. This procedure is mandatory to obtain a student visa.

The 35 countries are :  Algeria –Argentina – Benin – Brazil – Burkina Faso – Cameroun - Chili – China – Colombia – Comoros - Congo Brazzaville – Egypt - Gabon – Guinea – Ivory Coast –  India – Indonesia -  Iran  - Japan - Lebanon – Madagascar – Mali –Mauritius – Mexico – Morocco –  Peru - Russia – Senegal – South Korea – Syria – Taiwan – Tunisia – Turkey – United States – Vietnam.

Registration fees
There is no registration fee if you participate within a student exchange programme.

Awarded Credit
By the end of your stay, you will receive a mobility certificate and your studies in France will thus be validated by your home university.

Admission
Please contact directly the Admission Office of the school/faculty in which you wish to apply or the International Relations Office.
You will find our list of faculties and schools under the Academics section of our website.

Besides, in more than thirty countries, an online dematerialized application procedure has been set up through Espaces CampusFrance. This procedure is mandatory to obtain a student visa.

Registration fees
The registration fees vary according to the departments, depending on the type of courses you intend to take. For example, for a full academic year:
•    from 2,000 € to 9,000 € in a faculty,
•    from 3,900 € in a college
