The student should possess basic knowledge of:
- basic knowledge of strategy
- basic knowlegde of organization theory and management

Objectifs du cours

At the end of the course, the student should be able to:- understand the general principles of strategy formulation
- understand the mechanisms behind the formulation of international business strategy
- develop the competences to apply the basic frameworks to make international business decisions
- analyze international business information and link it to performance enhacement
- understand the principles to design global competitive strategies
- master the main concepts needed to understand international management and strategy,
- define failure and success factors of international business strategy
- control the challenges of international business strategy understanding the role of different stakeholders
- understand different internationalization strategies
- understand the relationship betweeen strategic decision making and changes in the environment
