Pré requis

The students need to obtain a basic knowledge of management and market research skills. Students are required to work indenpendly, analyse business cases and present outcomes professionally.

Objectifs du cours

At the end of the course, the students should be able to:
- Understand frameworks, business approaches and processes relevant to the business ethics within the fashion industry.
- Demonstrate an awareness of the fashion industry, and how ethics can impact its competitive forces, fashion predictors and consumer markets.
- Evaluate an ethics behaviour and CSR, and to apply sustainability issues to practice
- Recognize the role and importance of managerial behaviours in both the workplace and within the context of interpersonal relationship with a particular focus on the fashion industry.

Contenu du cours

The course will start with an overview of the fashion business as of today under three main topics: Fashion is Business ethics, Sustainability and CSR.

Then students will be coached around necessaire comptencies needed to work in the fashion indsutry: creativity, leadership, presentation skills, etc.

Students will study some real cases from the industry, demonstrate analytical skills, and bring sustainbility related solutions and/or suggestions to the brands.
