Objectifs du cours
The project aims at enabling students – though a focus on practice and real-life situations - to build and acquire preliminary knowledge, know-how, and savoir-être aimed at developing their capacity to envision and embody a comprehensive, responsibility-driven vision of the role of business in society and of the human factor within business organizations. . Students should be able to define and simplify the problematics faced by companies in terms of their social and environmental challenges. Students should be able to suggest potential practical solutions to company representatives in order to help the company finding relevant, constructive, and creative answers to the question asked. Students should be capable of addressing the specificity of these companies impact on society by analyzing, discussing, and suggesting solutions that integrate corporate social responsibility priniciples in the way they develop their business activities.
Contenu du cours
1. Kick of session to present project and companies; 2. 3 coaching sessions to help and guide students in their discussion; 3. QG with company representatives and other IESEG professors to allow students to pose questions and strengthen their proposal; 4. Final presentation in front of company and IESEG faculty.
