Pré requis

Students should have some knowledge of operations management and supply chain management.

Objectifs du cours

At the end of the course, the student should be able to :
- apply the knowledge gained during the course to various real-life business situations
- use Excel Solver to solve optimization problems
- use different lean tools to improve processes and the performance of companies
- have a good understanding of the role and importance of coordination and information sharing in a supply chain

Contenu du cours

The purpose of this course is to introduce the students to various operations management methods, techniques and tools that can be used to achieve world-class business performance. In particular, the course focuses on applications of optimization techniques, inventory models, and lean tools in different business environments
