Contenu du cours

Conflict is natural, we have to accept it and learn to manage it. For every individual, group, organization and country, it is crucial to adapt the changes of the new era of globalization and the challenges that international system is facing nowdays. That involves conflict management and diplomatic behaviour understanding and application. Conflict management works best when the parties involved in a disagreement are equipped to manage it themselves. Leaders get truly effective collaboration only when they realize that conflict is natural and necessary; and application of conflict management tools to be implemented.
