Pré requis

Fully master live self introduction techniques and reinforce professional social networks agility
Have a sufficient awareness of one's personal assets (drivers, values, skills a.o.) and development leads via HR tools (RIASEC, STARS, TALENTODAY...) in the frame of a challenging MNC recruitment process
Have an acceptably operational recruitment package if not already fully targeted

Objectifs du cours

At the end of the course, the student should be able to:
Have a clear representation of his/ her professional project and target(s) for the next future (2 to 3 job options, activity sectors, targetted companies..)
Be able to draw the different necessary steps to reach his goal
Have developed a market oriented mindset and a fully operational targeted recruitment package(CV, LinkedIn profile, pitch…)
Be able to reach professionals and organize network interviews
Be fully trained to the current recruitment process idiosyncrasies in France and internationally

Talent Programme bespoke inputs for International students based on IESEG experience and partnerships
Individual recruitment package review and/ or reinforcement focused on identified targets + individual coaching on demand
Intensive training to present MNCs recruitment best practices
Project management assistance to individual deployment following IESEG academic agenda
