Organisation du cours

Effective presence :
Students experiment being in relation with themselves and others, the aim being to grasp concepts of communication to explain their own behaviours. They will be able to do so through both facilitating and limiting behaviours. Students get to work on their choice of real-life experiences in order to be as close as possible to reality. The students' and teacher's feedback is helpful to understand what they do and experience. The group's experience is another useful source of modelisation.

Personal work :
Students are expected to question themselves and find out about their own communication styles before, during and after the seminar. This can achieved through:
reading course material available on Ieseg-online
reading suggested references
doing some guided self-study to find out and understand more on what they have experienced.
