Creating a strategy - to be clear or to be secret?
Different types of management skills get different types of results and create a different type of business culture. eg Virgin v SNCF

Évaluation

2 x Group Presentations on strategy delivered through effective management - using course and external resources - (groups formed using similar MBTI blends and opposite blends), on implementing a business strategic change that impacts on the workforce.
Class participation/contribution to session exercises.
Individual Project on the 'value' of effective management (discretionary effort etc) - Personal Project, SWOT analysis into a strategy plan in order to increase effective people management both in a school and workplace context.
