Objectifs du cours

The world today needs to question our standards of leadership : can we assume to let anyone leading our professional or social life ? The time of crises, the times of facing so important issues like social value, Substainable development lead us to question ourself about our will, value and vision of the society. Leadership is knowing a lot of permanent mutations :for instance, leadership can be only connective without been embodied. How do we identify the core components and competences for being a leader in this context ? and in the institutions, organizations or companies ? this course wants to help to define a critical perspective, to develop a sensible intelligence for making sense of the environment and the business world

At the end of the course, the student should be able to:
- identify, understand and manage the models of decision making process,
- question his/her vision, value, will as a potential leader in company.
-defining his/her expectations in the relation with a leader
- facing the challenges of the 21st century

Contenu du cours

Module 1 :
going beyond the myth of leadership and making sense of a reachable perspective adapted to the world today

Module 2 :
leading is not only charismatic and ability to communication but mainly making sense and being able to connect followers into a new dynamic : an exercise is proposed to everyone into developping a speech as a CEO

Module 3 :
thanks to painting and arts, leadership in action will be studied and different forms of leadership will be analysed

Module 4 :
Thanks to biography of great leaders, we question the ability to develop a substainable posture of leader through times and all along the life

Module 5 :
imaginative challenge campus : facing a transformative issue, a group of leaders should question their abilty to propose new ideas and concrete solutions to help an institution to change
