Pré requis

Students enrolled in this course should have taken introductory courses in Information Systems & Operations Management or have basic knowledge of these areas acquired from professional experience or from an internship.

Objectifs du cours

- Apply fundamental theoretical knowledge of an ERP system and more specifically the SAP ERP software
- Describe Production Planning components and their integration in the SAP ERP system
- Develop skills concerning the implementation of SAP ERP system
- Demonstrate knowledge of SAP PP and PS modules
- Process a complete manufacturing process
- Create a sales and operations plan for a product group
- Run MPS with MRP
- Execute the conversion of a Planned Order into Production Order
- Work effectively within a SAP ERP environment
- Discuss the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solution capabilities of SAP ERP to support corporate responsibility and sustainabilty
