Contenu du cours

This course aims to provide students with a holistic understanding of employee performance management and opportunities for practice of and reflection on tools and techniques to track, monitor and communicate about the performance of employees. By experiencing a simulated work environment, students will become aware that strategic organisational priorities should be aligned with employee performance systems. Additionally, they will be able to assess which of these practices enhance organisational performance and make managerial recommendations accordingly
