Objectifs du cours

- Understand the key principles, tools and methods of project management.
- Apply the economics of project management for planning, scheduling and budgeting.
- Track and measure the efficiencies of the project management process of banking projects.
- Originate and execute efficiently a banking project.

Contenu du cours

1. Principles of Project Management, Project typology, Network planning, Critical Path Method, Programme evaluation and review technique.
2. Key principles and case studies of Project finance.
3. Global Liquidity and Cash management: Implementation of global cash pooling structures.
4. Global Trade financing: Implementation of Supply Chain Financing programs
5. Project management of the corporate client onboarding process
6. Profitability and KPIs: SVA, RoRWA, RoC, RoE, Leverage ratio
7. Establishing Project Priorities, Creating the WBS, Integrating the WBS with the Organization
8. Project management in a Brexit and low interest rate environment.
9. Identify the values which drive ethical behavior for the project management activities in banking.
