Objectifs du cours

At the end of the course, students should be able to
- Outline the importance of effectively managing team diversity
- Put strategies in place to effectively deal with team conflict
- Discuss how to optimise work conditions for team creativity and innovation
- Discuss the opportunities and challenges of virtual teamwork
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of training design and evaluation concepts in companies

Contenu du cours

This course will use a combination of lecture, discussion and case study method
Main themes include
1. Managing diverse teams
3. Managing for creative team work and innovation
4. Training design and implmentation
5. Managing virtual teams and solving related problems
