Objectifs du cours

At the end of the course, the student should be able to:
Apply the basic Project Management Techniques. Particularly:
- WBS
- OBS
- GANTT CHART
- CBS
- Risk Management
Work in a Matrix Structure environment.
Be a responsible Leader, who can interact with the Project Team-members and respect Ethics and Fairness in Project Management
Manage the complexity of the project management in international contest
Considering Sustainability Factors in the Project Development.in order to be aligned with the corporate social responsibility.

Contenu du cours

The course objective is to introduce basic methods of project management (with some consideration on the international contexts). The course aims to deploy the project management not only regarding the technical instruments, but also the organizational approach, the Knowledge Management and ethical implications in Projects.

Particularly the main contents will be:
• Projects and Project Management: Definitions, Characteristics, History and actual scenarios.
• WBS, OBS, RAM and GANTT: the tools of project management.
• Project and Team Organization.
• The Risk Management planning.
• The Responsible Leadership.
• The Project Leader’s Competencies and the Social Relations in a Project.
• Alignment of Project Task and Organizational Architectures.
