Contenu du cours

In particular, this course will start debuking leadership concepts (and your implicit theory of leaderships and of other concepts) to cover three main topics related to power and influence dynamics and negotiation that future leaders need to master if they want to make things happen, despite the obstacles that might stand their way. The participants will have the possibility to learn conceptual and practical tools, develop key competences for analyzing their surroundings and achieving their goals through the use of different methods. Although classes may vary in the format, most meetings will include a case discussion or in-class experiential exercise, individual questionnaires and or short lectures on the day’s topic.
