Objectifs du cours

- Master the people management activities such as recruiting, training, performance and compensation management, with a specific focus on creative talent. AOL
- Identify and critically examine people management strategies and understand their relevance in the context of organizational realities.
- Understand the chief human resource functions and study the challenges associated with each in the context of fashion industry.
- Learn how effective decisions concerning people management are made in organizations
- Understand how to make human resource management decisions ethically
- Work effectively as a team to complete a complex task

Évaluation

There are three assessment components
1. Participation: Each class will have a number of activities in which students will need to participate, some with prior preparation.
2. Final Examination: examination with multiple choice questions
3. Group Project: This work will be done in groups. For this, students will form self-selected groups of 4 persons each in the first class. A written report will be submitted.
