Pré requis

The Management of complex organizations requires an understanding of the nature of Human Behavior in any business environment, styles of motivations, company leadership, power and authority, strategies of organizational design and change, teamwork and collaboration, and the measurement of organizational effectiveness.

Objectifs du cours

Interaction with other people in organizations is characterized by complex dynamics. This course is designed to help students study the interesting complexities by both standing back and considering some dynamics, and by directly experiencing some of them throughout the course activities.


The combination of academic perspective and personal engagement creates a powerful learning experience. Therefore, after this course, students will be able to:


- understand and apply different concepts related to Organizational Behavior and Human perception


- identify specific steps managers can take to understand and motivate employees


- analyze different concepts related to Leadership as an aspect of behavior and decision making


- apply different concepts to managing conflict, stress and communication...etc

Contenu du cours

- Teachers'Lectures : Organizational Behavior, Perception, Human Nature and Behavior at work, Structure and control;and Decision making,Leadership in work organizations and its importance.


- Group projects(readings analysis and case studies)



Modalités d'enseignement

Organisation du cours

This course relies on teacher 's Lectures and a variety of assignments in exploring organizational Behavior including various readings, case studies and individual writting assignments. Group projects and discussions that entail collaborative learning.


Overall grade will be based on a final Two hour exam (40%), Group projects ( 30%) and Individual assignments including ( article analysis during class periods and a 10 page research paper due 30 days from class end) ( 30%)
