Objectifs du cours

At the end of the program, students will be able to
- Have a clear understanding of the main functions of human resources management, such as
o Acquiring employees
o Establishing good relationship with them
o Training and developing them
o Retaining them
o Deal with problems that might develop in the employer-employee relationship


Objectives of the cours



At the end of the course students will be able to have a better understanding of




  • the role and the main functions of HR in any organisation

  • the key skills needed for HR as well as for any other managerial role



These skills and functions include:



  • developing an HR strategy based on the organisation’s overall strategy

  • selecting and recruiting talent in an international setting

  • developing talent through training and on-the-job learning

  • motivating and retaining co-workers and building multicultural teams

  • managing careers and internal mobility

  • managing international assignments

  • understanding the importance of culture
