Objectifs du cours

Projects conducted in dispersed teams and/or within a multicultural context are omnipresent in modern day enterprises. They are part and parcel of the organisation’s strategy to realise its mission and vision. Managing these kinds of projects requires managers to exhibit specific skills. This course aims to provide students with an introduction to the main concepts of international project management and the necessary skills to successfully plan and implement such projects.

The course has two main objectives:
1. Familiarise students with project management structures, life cycle, objectives and results.
2. Make students aware of the need of flexibility and responsiveness to-day organizations and companies have to deal with in order to face speed changing world and markets and how to integrate such goals and deals in management and reflection of both facts and teams, whatever the level, from strategic to day-to-day business.
