Basic knowledge of corporate organisation

Learning outcomes

Know the different theories on corporate organisation, and know how to use them with a professional viewpoint: problem solving, continuous improvement and optimization. Know the principles of quality management and certification.

Part 2: Current events of the company seen by the student

The final exam will consist of 10 multiple questions, and case studies.
