Prerequisites

The student must master the basics of financial analysis (including notions of intermediate balances of cash flow, working capital needs and working capital) and financial mathematics (concepts of simple interest compound interest and debt).

Learning outcomes

The course in Corporate Finance aims to provide students with essential knowledge regarding the tools and methods of financial decision making in investment, financing and dividend policy.
