List of Courses
The EUROPEAN SUMMER PROGRAM offers 4 different programs, with options in four different areas of study, every June (ESP1: 30 May to 23 June 2017) EXTENDED DEADLINE to April 10th for ESP1 and July (ESP2: 27 June to 21 July 2017).
Most ESP programs include a French language course, at least as an option, as well as formal instruction in Intercultural Communication, an important but often overlooked aspect of study abroad.
Composed of an elective taught in English + an intensive French language course (beginners to advanced levels)
Every morning from 9am to 12pm, students attend an intensive French course (48 hours, 4 ECTS credits) in small groups of no more than 12 students. An initial French placement test divides students into groups of similar size and ability range. Beginner courses are offered for students who have never studied French before.
In the afternoon, students take one of the various elective courses taught in English (6 ECTS credits; 40 hours, including a 9-hour module in Intercultural Communication).
